Material Description:
1、 The iron bed frame uses a card-type insertion lock connection. All steel materials use national standard steel and are high-frequency welded by a robotic arm. Each steel part undergoes rust removal, pickling, phosphating, and other processes for rust prevention. The outer layer uses polyester epoxy powder coating. The welded surface has uniform corrugations, and the welds are free of slag inclusions, pores, weld beads, and weld wire tip spatter. It also ensures that there is no lack of welding, poor welding, or weld penetration.

Bed Uprights: 70*70mm profile with 4 reinforcing ribs to increase the strength of the uprights.
Long Crossbeam: 95*38mm profile with 3 reinforcing ribs to increase the strength of the crossbeam.
