Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is another landmark cross-national cooperation project between China and Singapore, following Suzhou Industrial Park and Tianjin Eco-city. It is a model for Guangdong's economic transformation, jointly advocated and established by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Singaporean government. This project covers an area of 7 hectares, with a construction area of approximately 108,000 square meters. The design team closely links the office area, administrative area, and social area in the overall spatial layout, creating a human-centered, high-efficiency office space that embodies the company's philosophy and spirit.
Sanshui Administrative Service Center Project
Sanshui District Administrative Service Center in Foshan City was established on September 27, 2004. It is a full-time public institution at the department level. According to the development plan and statistics bureau of Sanshui District, Foshan City, the government expanded the building by more than 5,000 square meters, adding Buildings 2, 3, and 4. Xinnuo Furniture won the bid for the furniture procurement project of the public resource trading center in Buildings 2-4. Based on the floor plan of the Sanshui District Public Resource Trading Center, Xinnuo Furniture planned and designed the perfect office space.
